Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 medium orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1/2 grapefruit, peeled and segmented (optional)
  • 1/4 small red onion, very thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens (lettuce, arugula, or spinach)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the salad greens in a medium bowl or on a serving plate.
  2. Add the diced avocado evenly over the greens.
