Spring pea feta dip is a bright, creamy spread that captures the freshness of spring. It features a blend of tender peas, tangy feta cheese, lemon juice, and a touch of mint.

The texture is creamy with a little body from the peas, while the flavor is balanced between sweet, salty, and citrusy.
I love serving it at picnics or spring gatherings. It’s quick to prepare, budget-friendly, and uses simple ingredients you can easily find.

Notes
- Frozen peas work best because they are sweet and affordable year-round.
- Do not overcook the peas. Cooking them briefly keeps their bright green color and fresh flavor.
- If the dip is too thick, blend in 1–2 teaspoons of water or olive oil until you reach the desired consistency.
- For a chunkier dip, pulse the mixture instead of blending continuously.
- The dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir before serving.
