Cranberry Bacon Green Beans is one of my favorite side dishes to make during the holidays. The combination of crisp-tender green beans, salty bacon, and tart dried cranberries gives every bite a perfect balance of flavor.

I love how quickly it comes together, yet it still looks and tastes special enough for guests. The bright green and red colors also make the dish look as festive as it tastes!
The bacon adds just the right crunch, while the cranberries bring a pleasant chew and a pop of sweetness that keeps the dish light and vibrant. It’s simple, comforting, and absolutely delicious.
Cranberry bacon green beans pairs wonderfully with hearty mains like roasted turkey, baked ham, or juicy grilled chicken. It also complements seared salmon or pan-fried pork chops.
For a cozy dinner spread, the dish goes well with creamy mashed potatoes, buttery dinner rolls, or a smooth cheese risotto. To round out the flavors, it can be served alongside a crisp garden salad or roasted sweet potatoes for a touch of warmth and balance.
